Can I Transfer Borrowed Airtime On Telkom To Another Number?
Transferring borrowed airtime cannot be transferred. Customers who qualify for the service will be unable to transfer airtime or data from their Telkom Emergency Top-Up Service to another customer.
However, the customer can call other numbers with their borrowed airtime. So, in case someone wants you to transfer him or her your borrowed credit so that he or she can make a call, you can actually take the number of the person that he or she wants to call and make the call on their behalf since there is no way you can transfer borrowed credit to them.
Additionally, if you are a qualified customer for the service, you will only be able to use the Telkom Emergency Top-Up Service when you are in the Republic of South Africa and in a Telkom network area.
