What Will Make A Telkom Subscriber Cancel His Contract
As earlier indicated, there are a number of reasons why a Telkom subscriber might want to cancel his/her contract. However, these reasons vary from person to person.
As a Telkom subscriber, when you decide to switch, upgrade, or migrate between services or entirely walk out of the Telkom network. To perform any of these tasks, you have to cancel your contract in order to proceed to choose a new contract.
Other reasons a user may opt for a service include incessant loss of airtime or data due to a subscription he/she doesn’t actually recall signing up for or unintentionally subscribed to a service, therefore, leading to losing airtime anytime they top up.
When a subscriber begins to lose airtime or data incessantly, they then come to the realization that something might be wrong and there is no way of resolving it, and they tend to cancel their contract.
