Before you proceed, note that in order to be able to cancel your contract, there are some requirements you have to first meet, these requirements will prove that indeed you are the real owner of the Telkom account.
Again, to cancel a Telkom contract, you have to Telkom at least a 30 days notice. If you don’t, it may not go as planned for you.

- In situations where you don’t have a profile (account), you will have to create one for yourself.
- Login into your Telkom account using your username and password
- After logging in, proceed to click on ‘Manage Account’
- Navigate your way to where you can locate ‘Cancel’
- Follow the process by now filling in the required empty spaces with answers to the questions they have asked
- Now, you upload all supporting documents
- Accept the terms and conditions next
- Click on submit. Clicking on submit will grant you access to a reference number.

Visit Telkom’s official website (www.telkom.co.za) and navigate to the top right-hand corner where the ‘Login’ tab is located. Login to your ”My Telkom” account to access your profile.
- Select Services
When successfully signed in to your Telkom profile, select the ‘Manage Accounts’ option where you can view your existing Telkom subscriptions, and select the Cancel option on any products you wish to terminate. Fill in all the required details on the provided fields.

Usually, it takes up to 60 days for the entire cancellation process to be completed. When you submit your contract termination form online, it goes through a series of processes to arrive at the final stage.

- Day 1: The subscriber has to submit his/her cancellation form and other supporting required documents
