The first step is to download and install the Telkom application on your phone. The app can be download provided that your phone is a smartphone. It is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App store. Note that if you do not have a smartphone, you can actually use the Telkom web app.
Concentrating on using the mobile app, once you download and install the app on your phone, proceed to open it.
Upon opening the app, locate the Register button and click on it. After clicking on the register button, you must fill in your details as well as agree to the terms and conditions of the application, then hit the ‘next’ tab to continue the process.
You will be sent a one-time registration pin. This pin will be sent to you in the email you provided while filling in your details. Once you receive this pin, go ahead and input it into the required field.
After inputting it into the required field, proceed to click on the continue tab and immediately you are done with this, be assured that your registration has been successful.
Well, since you have registered your account, you can now open the app and use it. Remember that I mentioned that you can still register your Telkom account and that is using the Telkom website. Below are the steps to do this;
Using a laptop or a computer, visit the Telkom website via the URL,

Once it opens, locate the register tab and click on it. Just like the mobile app registration, you will have to enter your details. Some of the details that you will need are your first name, last name, and ID/passport number. You will also need to choose a password and also confirm the password that you have chosen.
Tick the Terms and Conditions box, and this means that you are agreeing to the usage of the terms and conditions that comes with using the service.
Once you are done, click on ‘NEXT’ to go to the next stage of the process as this will require you to follow the prompts to get it done.
There might be a time that you might have registered your Telkom account using the Telkom mobile app, however, due to some circumstances you might have lost your phone. You can still use your Telkom account and this will require you to use the Telkom website.
